Composition:
- 1 cup sugar
- 10-12 packets of hemp tea (or you can use 5 teaspoons of hemp flower tea)
- 1 SCOBY (kombucha mother)
- About 300 ml of kombucha from a previous batch
- 3-4 liters of water (ideally filtered)
- Glass container for fermentation (we use a 3 liter jar)
- A piece of cloth, gauze – we use a cloth handkerchief.
