Shironija is a shared creative vision of two generations, combining different farming styles, experiences, and love for nature.
Our name is a family history - Šironija is a unique land in the Molėtai district, constantly nurtured and created by the family. It is surrounded by beautiful nature: hills and maples painted in green shades of nature, flowery wild meadows, clean lakes and ponds, mysterious swamps and centuries-old forests.
Our farm is not an ordinary small organic farm. A homestead that was born in the interwar period, it is now slowly growing into a family community. Here we grow various crops, produce natural products, and process the raw materials we grow. By sharing our accumulated knowledge and the family legacy we have left, we educate others and grow ourselves.
The people of Shiron are open and almost always ready to share their knowledge and impressions about the farm, the village, crafts and everything else they know with visitors. Our lifestyle is full of work, learning, entertainment and gratitude to our Creator.
Here you can contribute to the daily life of the farm, learn about the journey of bread from seed to table, sweat in the sauna and wash away stress in a refreshing pond, shoot archery, play volleyball, basketball, spend the night in a hemp field, watch the night sky and immerse yourself in the bird's path, listen to the rustle of the wind, the flapping of bird wings, the quiet work of insects, briefly distance yourself from the hustle and bustle of city life and return to a closer relationship with nature and the environment around us.
