Suitable for use:

alone, as a sauce for potatoes, meat, rice, stews or soups
spread on bread, flatbreads, crackers - can be seasoned with salt or spices;
together with other sauces;
as an additive to nutritional cocktails

Can be used on the skin for rheumatic or other joint pain, or back pain.

Compress - after applying a thick layer, leave on for 20-40 minutes to allow the oil to absorb into the skin. Thanks to the high Omega-3 content and good balance with Omega-6, it relieves inflammation.
