Product description

Since hemp is one of the few plants that contains amino acids that correspond to those of animal origin found in milk, meat, and eggs, it is increasingly being chosen by vegetarians, vegans, and advocates of a healthy and balanced diet.

Nutrition and benefits for the body

Protein makes up to 26% and oil makes up 35% of the seed mass, and they are also rich in soluble and insoluble fiber, minerals, and vitamins.

Protein is one of the basic nutrients, the building block of cells, and is made up of various amino acid compounds. Whole-grain fibrous hemp seeds are an excellent source of easily digestible, complete plant-based protein, as they contain 9 essential amino acids that the body can only obtain through food. These amino acids are important for muscle growth, as well as in the regeneration processes of cells, tissues, and organs.

How to use?
  • Unhulled, whole-grain hemp seeds can be consumed raw and lightly roasted (however, it is not advisable to heat the seeds above 165°C, as the omega fatty acids in them break down and the oil loses its beneficial properties).
  • You can make a spice blend by grinding hemp seeds with salt or other spices.
  • You can also make excellent plant-based milk from hemp seeds by soaking the seeds in water for several hours or overnight in a 1:4 ratio, grinding, and straining.

Due to its high energy value, the recommended daily dose is up to several tablespoons. Suitable for children, athletes, gluten intolerant people, and those allergic to nuts.
